Ms. Martielli has experience in a wide variety of general civil litigation, transactions, and appeals.

Ms. Martielli’s practice includes contracts, contested and transactional real property matters, matrimonial actions and Family Court matters, and Surrogate’s Court practice.

Ms. Martielli is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts. She is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
