The law firm of Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo announced the recipient of its annual Community Service Scholarship. On June 20, 2024 at the Mattituck High School Senior Awards ceremony, the 2024 Community Service Scholarship recipient was announced. This year’s recipient is Imogen Blair from Cutchogue.
Ms. Blair served as the LITI Teen Leader, which focuses on teaching leadership skills and community building. Ms. Blair spent a weekend at the LITI sleepaway camp, running a group of 10 people while organizing activities and facilitating conversations. In addition to this, Ms. Blair would spend several hours each week with other classmates making sandwiches for people who utilized facilities provided by the Homeless Shelter, Maureen’s Haven.
Ms. Blair will be attending Skidmore College this fall.
The Community Service Scholarship includes a check to help the recipient with college expenses.
