David Dubin, a senior partner of the law firm of Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP, and Alexandra Halsey-Storch, an associate, were proud to honor Southampton High School seniors, LeighAnn Montaglione and Samantha Mahoney at an awards ceremony on June 16 at Southampton High School. The two were recipients of scholarships offered by the firm to students who have distinguished themselves in the areas of community and public service.
LeighAnn Montaglione has volunteered at the Historical Museum, the Animal Shelter, the Community Library, the Hampton Film Festival and at the Relay for Life and Autism Awareness Runs, while also distinguishing herself as a member of the ASL Honor Society and Rotary Student of the Month.
Samantha Mahoney has volunteered with Natural Helpers, Youth Court, Athletes Helping Athletes, the Southampton Town Ambulance and as a member of Southampton Varsity and Key Club, while also participating in the French and Spanish Honor Societies and Yearbook Club.

For the past sixteen years, the partners of Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP have presented community service scholarships to seniors at local high schools to recognize the students’ contributions to their communities, including East Hampton High School, Southampton High School, Riverhead High School, Mattituck High School, Port Jefferson High School and Bay Shore High School.
