On March 22nd, Senior Partner David Dubin, will be presenting a continuing education course to real estate brokers entitled “Residential Real Estate – An Attorney’s Perspective” at Cook Maran’s offices in East Hampton.  The course is designed to provide real estate professionals with a comprehensive overview of the real estate contract and the different perspectives and responsibilities of the attorney in the real estate transaction.
