John Shea was recently recognized by the East Hampton Healthcare Foundation for his many years of work with the organization. Mr. Shea helped establish EHHF as a 501(c)3 charitable organization and then represented the Foundation on the purchase of the site for its facility, Site Plan approval, construction and of the medical arts building, and subsequent leases with EHHF’s tenants. He has provided corporate counsel to the Foundation for nearly 25 years.
