Twomey Latham has maintained a law office in the Village of Southampton for over 20 years.  In 2019, the law firm moved into a larger office in Southampton Village on North Sea Road, located just minutes from Southampton Town Hall and Southampton Village Hall.

Southampton is considered the commercial center of the East End’s South Fork, and it serves as home base for several region-wide businesses, who the firm represents on a wide variety of matters.  The firm also has a history of representing many individual and business clients before many Southampton Village and Town Boards, including the Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board and Architectural Review Board.

Many of the firm’s attorneys who regularly work in the Southampton office have contributed their time and have served on the boards of important Southampton civic and charitable institutions, including The Parrish Art Museum, The Rogers Memorial Library and Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.  For over twenty years, the firm has also awarded scholarships to Southampton High School seniors who have distinguished themselves in performing community services.
