Senior Partner Christopher D. Kelley has been recognized in the 2013 New York Metropolitan area’s “Super Lawyers” in the practice area of real estate. Mr. Kelley’s practice involves real estate transactions, land use and real estate litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.

His experience also includes administrative litigation before the Department of Environmental Conservation, Suffolk County Department of Health Services, and numerous town boards, planning boards, and zoning boards of appeal on Long Island. He has served on the faculty of numerous bar association continuing legal education seminars in the areas of land use and environmental law, and is a former chairman of the East Hampton Town Zoning Board of Appeals
