Reza Ebrahimi is a business and real estate attorney with a generalist background, including several years of commercial litigation in New York City and Long Island courts, giving him a unique and comprehensive set of skills, knowledge, and expertise to successfully handle all aspects of business and real estate law.
He regularly assists real estate developers, landlords and business owners with all aspects of their operations, including the formation and start-up of companies/ventures. He also represents landlords and tenants, property due diligence and the purchasing, selling and leasing of commercial property and successfully argues environmental contamination issues, zoning/land use and all aspects of gas station law and issues.
Mr. Ebrahimi is admitted to practice law in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
He is a graduate of UCLA and Brooklyn Law School.
