Transcribe dictated and written text of correspondence.
Draft estate planning documents including Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Correspondence and telephone communications with clients.
Scheduling client meetings.
Minimum 2 years legal assistant experience working in a law firm. If have less than 2 years experience, willing to train the right candidate.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Proficiency in Adobe professional helpful.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proven success working in a high-volume environment.
Ability to produce quality work efficiently and accurately.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistent follow-through.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Must wear mask unless at personal workstation.
Must work in office (all offices and workstations socially distanced and appropriately shielded).
