We have 30 attorneys and 36 staff (17 of which are in the Trusts & Estates Department) working together to create a team atmosphere with low turnover. Our Trusts & Estates Department is well established and ranges from routine probates to judicial accountings, estate tax return preparations, and funding of continuing trusts.
Preparation of probate and administration documents.
Marshaling of assets.
Preparation of estate tax returns.
Preparation of formal and informal accountings & receipts and releases to settle estates.
Distribution of assets.
Coordination with accountants.
Must know how to e-file.
Proven success working in a high volume environment.
Ability to produce quality work efficiently and accurately.

3-5 years law firm estate administration experience required
Ability to read and understand statutes
Working knowledge of One Source/Thompson Reuters Fiduciary Accounting and Estate Tax software helpful.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Must wear mask unless at personal workstation.
Must work in office (all offices and workstations socially distanced and appropriately shielded).
