Firm’s Senior Partner Represents Landowner in Sale of Development Rights

In November 2021, Senior Partner David M. Dubin represented a client who sold the development rights of six parcels totaling 106 acres in Cutchogue to the Town of Southold through Southold’s Community Preservation Program, which will ensure that these parcels will never be developed and continue to be farmed.
