Mr. Ebrahimi is a general practitioner with a concentration in commercial transactions, real estate and business law. He is experienced in several fields, including civil litigation, administrative law, environmental law, real estate, leasing, landlord tenant, wills/estate administration and legal and business matters related to gas stations and the motor fuel industry. His practice also includes complex commercial agreements/transactions, business asset and stock purchase/sales, corporate/LLC matters, employment law, and land use.
Mr. Ebrahimi received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2005. He obtained his B.A. in 2000 in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
During law school, Mr. Ebrahimi worked as a law clerk at the New York State Attorney General’s Office in both the Securities and Real Estate Investment Protection Bureaus. He also clerked at the New York City office of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
Mr. Ebrahimi is admitted to practice law in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
