Our Legal Support Staff
The firm has a 30 member support staff team, including
Ms. Andolfi is legal assistant to Christopher D. Kelley. Ms. Andolfihas over 6 years of legal experience. MS. Cheshire is a paralegal in the firm's Land Use and Zoning Department. Ms. Cheshire has over 11 years legal experience.Ms. Conn has over 27 years of experience as a legal secretary and has been working at the firm since 1991 as the legal assistant to Peter M. Mott. She has experience in many areas of the law, including litigation, commercial and residential real estate, wills, business transactions, together with a strong background in matrimonial matters. Ms. Conn graduated with honors from the Legal Secretary Program at Blake Business School in 1983.
Ms. Douglass is legal assistant to Daniel Wani. Ms. Douglass has over 28 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Enders is a paralegal in the firm’s Estate Department. Ms. Enders has over 14 years of legal experience. Ms. Fanning is legal assistant to Janice Snead and Kathryn Dalli. Ms. Fanning has over 25 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Flanagan is legal assistant to Kelly Kinirons and Patricia Russell in the firm’s Estate Department. She is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs School and has over 25 years of legal experience. Ms. Foster has over 34 years of legal experience and has been working at the firm since 1984 as the legal assistant to Stephen B. Latham. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Foster worked in firms in New Jersey, as well as in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. She has experience in residential and commercial real estate, business acquisitions and sales, corporation and business entity formations and administration, litigation, estate planning and environmental matters. Ms. Foster holds an Associate's Degree in Legal Secretarial Science from S.U.N.Y. Farmingdale. Ms. Grinko is legal assistant to Lisa Clare Kombrink. Ms. Groblewski has over 9 years of legal experience and is legal assistant to Christopher Kelley. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal assistant for law firms in Bridgehampton. She has experience in residential and commercial real estate, bank closings, estate planning and litigation. Ms. Groblewski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Mercy College where she graduated with honors and was a member of the Class of 2000’s Who’s Who Among Students in American College and Universities. Ms. Hubbard is legal assistant to Patrick Fife, Philip Nykamp, and Lauren Stiles. Ms. Munkelwitz is a paralegal in the firm’s Estate Department. She holds a BA in history from Hartwick College, Oneonta, New York and earned a paralegal certificate with honors from Adelphi University. Ms. Munkelwitz has worked for 37 years in the field of Estates and Trusts for several firms in Suffolk County. Ms. Nickich is legal assistant to Daniel Wani. Ms. Nickich has over 28 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Olsen is legal assistant to Tom Twomey and Senator Ken LaValle. Ms. Olsen has over 34 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Quick is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Quick has over 20 years legal experience. Ms. Ramunno is a paralegal in the firm’s Southampton office. Ms. Ramunno has over 26 years of legal experience. Ms. Rosenberg is a paralegal in the firm’s Estate Department. Ms. Rosenberg has over 27 years of legal experience. Ms. Schick is legal assistant to Anne Marie Goodale and Laura Dunathan in the firm's estate department and has over 24 years legal experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Ms. Schick worked at a major New York City law firm and has extensive experience in estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate, and corporate law. Ms. Sherry is legal assistant to Jay Quartararo. Ms. Sherry has over 18 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Silleck is legal assistant to David Dubin. Ms. Silleck has over 20 years of experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Sirico began working at the firm in 2004 in the Estates Department, as an Assistant to the firm's Estate Planning attorneys. She has over 8 years of experience in the fields of Elder Law, Medicaid and Estate Planning. Ms. Sirico graduated from Suffolk County Community College with a Paralegal A.A.S. degree in 2001, and is a certified Paralegal. She is continuing her studies in law and hopes to become an attorney in the near future.As the firm's Office Administrator, Lynda Swike, handles various responsibilities
along with her Business Department and Support Staff team to effectively
manage the day-to-day operations of the firm. Ms. Swike's responsibilities
include:
•Computer Network Administration, Computer Software Training and
Support.
•Human Resources Administration including pension and medical insurance
administration, support staff supervision and hiring.
Ms. Swike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of
New York at Stony Brook (magna cum laude 1987).
Ms. Weiss has over 26 years of legal experience and began working for the firm's Mortgage Closing Department in 1992. She is now legal assistant to Bryan C. Van Cott. Ms. Weiss has experience in many areas of the law, including residential and commercial real estate, bank closings, litigation, business sales and acquisitions, corporation and LLC formations, and estate planning.
