Mr. Wani's legal practice focuses on estate planning, taxation, business succession planning, pension and retirement planning, as well as elder law and long-term care planning. He also offers his clients counsel in real estate transactions.

Mr. Wani participated in the Rhode Island State Government Internship Program where he gained hands on experience in trial procedure and worked within the senate chamber. He also clerked for a family court associate justice in the Newport, Rhode Island Family Court.

At Boston University, Mr. Wani was awarded the Deans Award for outstanding course work in Federal Gift & Estate Taxation and he is a lifetime member of Psi Chi, the national honors society for psychology.

Mr. Wani is admitted to practice law in New York State.


Education

Mr. Wani graduated from the Boston University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree, and then continued his study of law at New York University, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation. His LL.M. in Taxation enables him to effectively counsel individuals, businesses, estates and charitable organizations on the implementation of various income, gift, and estate tax saving strategies.
