Biography

Ms. Dalli has been practicing law since 1983 when she was admitted to the New York State Bar. With a unique educational background and broad interests, Ms. Dalli has been president and chief operating officer of a number of private business ventures, worked as an associate real estate broker on the East End of Long Island. This diversity gives Ms. Dalli the knowledge and experience to successfully guide clients through all phases of business matters. She has considerable experience in complex commercial litigation and appellate work, business transactions, copyright and trademark matters, handling employment issues, and counseling clients in litigation avoidance. Ms. Dalli has earned the highest national rating for legal ability and general ethical standards. The Martindale-Hubbell prestigious "AV" peer review rating recognizes attorneys for the highest level of skill, integrity and professional excellence.

Ms. Dalli is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts, and the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals.


Education

Ms. Dalli earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, and shortly after returned to the New York area, where she grew up, to practice law. Prior to law school she attended the State University College at Fredonia where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in music. She also attended the University of Pisa in Italy, where she studied art, opera, literature and Italian.
