Biography
Mr. Dubin began practicing law at Mudge, Rose, Guthrie, Alexander & Ferdon in New York City in 1982 in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice expanded when he joined this firm in 1988 to include frequently representing clients on a broad range of real estate and business transactions. His practice also includes estate planning for individual clients. He has continued to litigate in state and federal courts, including numerous complex commercial cases of national importance. Mr. Dubin has been published and he has lectured in his areas of practice. In addition, Mr. Dubin serves as Vice President of the Southampton School Board.
Education
Mr. Dubin holds an A.B. degree from Colgate University (1978) and a J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law (cum laude, 1982). While at law school, he served as a Member and Associate Editor of the Tulane Law Review. He has also studied at The London School of Economics and the University of Grenoble. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in New York and Louisiana, and the United States Supreme Court.
